The championship began with open play on May 13, followed by four days of competition across various disciplines and categories.

Match format during the 2026 Swedish Pickleball Championships

- Skill-level, junior, and para categories played group stages to 15 points and playoffs best of three.
- Bronze matches were played in one deciding game.
The finals in the elite categories were refereed by certified officials.
